Two things...how did you get the paper to be all scrunchy on the wreath? And what's the finished product look like?
Did you ever have projects in elementary with tissue paper and glue? It's the same technique. If you watch the video I have, she explains how to do it. I'm still getting around to taking a picture of the finished product.
